The Barbados Pathfinder Band
The objectives of the Band are to:
(a) adhere to the aims and objectives of the YOUTH DEPARTMENT of the EAST CARIBBEAN CONFERENCE OF SEVENTH-DAY ADVENTISTS as laid down by its constitution, by-laws and Administration;
(b) deepen the influence of the Christian message in the lives of the Adventist Youth;
(c) educate members along lines which would assist in the proper development of the person spiritually, physically, emotionally, socially, and intellectually;
(d) provide appropriate music for church and territorial activities;
(e) train youth to develop their musical abilities.
(f) encourage participation in outreach projects coordinated by the church and community-based organizations;
(g) develop a high standard of discipline amongst members.
(h) pursue such other matters, as the Executive Committee may deem fit and necessary in consonance with the Youth Department’s policies and objects.
